We?re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our collaborative and supportive Global Analytics Engineering Team in the AI and Data Hub. You?ll partner with experienced professionals across disciplines, design and optimize data models, ensure reliable data pipelines, and contribute to a modern analytics platform that empowers decision-making across the business.
Your mission
As an Analytics Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions that enable trusted, high-quality insights across the organization. You?ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable data models, transformations, and reporting solutions.
You?ll play a key role in driving modern analytics practices?leveraging Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and performance optimization, promoting best practices in data modeling, SQL development, and data governance, and mentoring junior colleagues when needed.
You?ll work hands-on with our Azure-based infrastructure and Databricks environment, applying strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and modern data tools to transform, validate, and deliver data for analytics and reporting. You?ll also contribute to our DevOps workflows using Azure DevOps, including code reviews, testing, versioning, and deployment processes.
You will continuously learn and apply best practices in analytics engineering, modern data stack technologies, and data workflow management, while also contributing to group evaluations and assessments that shape our Analytics Engineering strategy and roadmap.

Your profile
Bachelor?s or Master?s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or AI-related IT roles
Expert coding skills in Python and SQL, with proven track record in large-scale data wrangling, model development workflows, and automation
Practical experience designing and deploying machine learning models into production (supervised/unsupervised, feature engineering, model evaluation, MLOps).
Familiarity or basic knowledge of Jobs and Pipelines in Databricks, and ability to architect scalable and automated workflows.
Solid understanding of Azure cloud computing, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with version control systems and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Git).
Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor junior developers and present technical solutions to business stakeholders.
Passion for driving innovation and creating AI-powered data solutions that go beyond traditional reporting.
