Warranty Specialist

We re looking for a Warranty Specialist to join our team and lead warranty management, claim analysis, and project follow-up, ensuring efficient service for our service network and high quality standards. If you have experience in the automotive industry, strong analytical skills, and a good command of English and Spanish, this opportunity is for you.

 Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assisting passenger car service providers in the region in handling customer complaints about quality assurance and handling various technical and non-technical issues;

2. Responsible for handling pre audit of passenger car claim reports within the region, implementing agent feedback on claim reports, etc;

3. Responsible for project control within the region, conducting research and feedback on frontline market data;

4. Responsible for providing feedback, following up, and promoting the resolution of special event data within the region;

5. Responsible for claims accounting: verifying and organizing accounts payable for distributors, and verifying and organizing accounts receivable for claims from OEMs;

6. Regularly inspect and supervise the scrapping of claims.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with an engineering background

2. Proficient in English and Spanish

3. Good communication and language expression skills
