Accounting and Billing Manager

To lead, manage, and optimize the company s accounting and billing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality financial information, and operational efficiency. This role is key to guaranteeing accurate revenue recognition, financial control, and strategic support to the business.

1. Leadership and Team Management

• Lead the Accounting, Tax, and Billing teams, fostering high performance and talent development.

• Define area priorities, objectives, and KPIs.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strong internal controls.

2. Accounting Management

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

• Ensure proper application of local accounting standards (IFRS / Chilean regulations) as well as group policies.

• Guarantee the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.

• Lead internal and external audits.

3. Billing and Revenue Assurance

• Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing.

• Oversee billing processes, contracts, and commercial terms.

• Identify revenue leakage risks and propose improvements.

• Ensure traceability between sales, contracts, and invoicing.

4. Regulatory and Tax Compliance

• Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, taxes, filings).

• Coordinate with external advisors and regulatory authorities.

• Keep processes updated in line with regulatory changes.

5. Internal Control and Process Improvement

• Design and strengthen financial internal controls.

• Lead automation and digitalization initiatives (ERP, e-invoicing).

• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

6. Stakeholder Management

• Act as a strategic partner to Commercial, Operations, and Legal teams.

• Align billing processes with commercial strategy.

• Present financial reports to senior management.

• Address accounting and tax-related requirements from Global.
