BYD, a global leader in electromobility and clean energy solutions, is looking to add a Spare Parts Order Specialist to its After-Sales team. This person will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the local spare parts ordering system, aligning processes with headquarters standards and guidelines. The position will play a key role in coordinating with the Chinese team and distributors, ensuring traceability, operational efficiency, and quality in order management at the local level.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Chinese team in establishing the local spare parts order business system and formulating comprehensive management standards for the entire order process.
2. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, tracking, and managing the fulfillment of local spare parts orders, connecting with distributor needs, and providing closed-loop feedback.
3. Regularly organize spare parts order business data and report to the Chinese team as required.
4. Assist in controlling operational costs within the spare parts order process, optimizing order processing efficiency, and reducing the occurrence of abnormal orders.
5. Cooperate with the Chinese team in training local order business personnel and providing daily work assistance.
Job Requirements:
1. Over 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 1 year in spare parts order management or related business.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, along with data organization capabilities.
3. Advanced English.
