Service Engineer Solar Project / BESS

We are looking for a Service Engineer to support Solar PV and BESS projects, covering execution, commissioning, and post-sales service. The role involves close interaction with clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing service requests throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution, commissioning, and post-sales activities for Solar PV and BESS projects.

• Supervise installation, cold & hot commissioning, system integration, troubleshooting, and final acceptance.

• Perform site audits for solar and BESS plants and prepare technical reports (site audit & commissioning).

• Manage Service Requests (SR): open, hold/suspend, close, and communicate status to customers.

• Diagnose equipment and system issues in operation and recommend effective solutions.

• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing technical inquiries and issues.

• Work collaboratively within project teams, following established policies and procedures.

• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, or related field.

• 2 3 years of experience in power generation, solar PV, BESS, or related electrical systems.

• Knowledge of commissioning methods and strong interest in renewable energy.

• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and operational issues.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic project and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.

• High level of professionalism, ethics, and sense of ownership.

• English proficiency is required.
