• Manage relationships with external logistics partners, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.

• Monitor and approve transport-related financials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Implement tools and processes that enhance team efficiency and operational visibility.

• Use data-driven insights to forecast volumes and optimize resource allocation.

• Manage team headcount and turnover, lead recruitment efforts, and ensure a strong onboarding experience.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within your team conducting regular one-on-one meetings, follow-ups, and applying leadership best practices to foster engagement and long-term retention.
