What You ll Do
Lead a team of logistics professionals, setting clear goals and providing regular coaching and development opportunities.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal departments such as operations, sales, and finance.
Oversee product flow and inventory activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple channels.
Manage relationships with external logistics partners, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
Monitor and approve transport-related financials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Implement tools and processes that enhance team efficiency and operational visibility.
Use data-driven insights to forecast volumes and optimize resource allocation.
Manage team headcount and turnover, lead recruitment efforts, and ensure a strong onboarding experience.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within your team conducting regular one-on-one meetings, follow-ups, and applying leadership best practices to foster engagement and long-term retention.
Perfil deseado
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management.
2 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and transport budgets.
Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
