Maintenance Manager Electrical Specialty - Packaging Industry

🕐 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Article 22

We are seeking a technically skilled professional with strong experience in demanding industrial environments, combining hands-on leadership, results orientation, and expertise in the maintenance of extrusion, thermoforming, labeling, and printing machinery.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans to ensure operational continuity.

• Lead a team of approximately 20 technicians, promoting technical development, discipline, and continuous improvement.

• Manage on-site interventions, troubleshoot failures, and conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.

• Coordinate activities with production, engineering, and external contractors, optimizing resources and equipment availability.

• Maintain accurate records and management reports (MTTR, MTBF) while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards (BRC, HACCP, ISO).

• Participate in projects focused on reliability improvement, energy efficiency, and process optimization.
