Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations.

• Supervise and review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.

• Lead internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors and other stakeholders.

• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Manage tax declarations and ensure timely filing (IVA, Renta, PPM, etc.).

• Collaborate closely with FP&A, Treasury, Legal and other departments.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.

• Support ERP implementation or optimization projects as required.
