We are seeking an experienced Accountant Leader to manage and oversee all aspects of our accounting and financial systems. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong background in Business Services.

* Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
* Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
* Support month-end and year-end close process.
* Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
* Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
* Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
* Additional duties as necessary.


Perfil del candidato

A successful Accountant Leader should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
* Proven work experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, or chief or senior accountant.
* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
* Experience with creating financial statements.
* Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
