This position initially reports to the Managing Director. In this role you will develop and maintain a highly effective indirect sales channel strategy for our Southern Cone market (Chile, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay) that is aligned with our corporate values and policies. This will require working with our existing partners to support their continued success, as well as identifying, selecting, and managing new partners across our complete portfolio. The role is based in Santiago, Chile.
The Indirect Sales Lead will plan and ensure the execution of our indirect sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for our partners in a profitable and transparent way with a focus on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will demonstrate your expertise by implementing, leading, and growing a world class indirect sales organization and strategy. You will be accountable for:

· Demonstrating clear and visible leadership, internally throughout the Epiroc organization, as well as with partners and customers and serve as a role model and ambassador for the company´s values and our code of conduct.
· Strengthening existing Epiroc partner relations to ensure that Epiroc is seen as the preferred OEM partner in the region, and work strategically with our partners to support their growth.
· Developing strong relationships with the local Leadership Team and with Division stakeholders at every level of the organization
· Conduct market and coverage analysis, provide synthesis of strategic options, present proposals to management, and develop channel processes vital to meeting business goals.
· Create and improve standard procedures to drive process and improve efficiency in channel management.
· Manage all partner development activities within the territory to confirm proper market coverage for all product segments.
· Develop and enhance partner relationships through visits, participation in partner events, training and through the prompt resolution of outstanding partner issues and concerns.
· Partnering closely with internal teams to develop and deliver a cohesive value proposition to remove technical barriers and provide a solid roadmap to our partners.
· Enabling the sales process of our channel partners including support with our sales collateral and coordinate marketing support.
· Drive pipeline and revenue. Identify prospective channel partners and actively work to recruit these partners to participate in applicable referral and growth programs.
· Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their revenue and customer satisfaction.
· Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
· Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as revenue and customer satisfaction.
This position will serve as an active member of the Southern Cone Region Leadership Team in helping to manage the company.

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within a complex business environment
Must have prior indirect channel leadership experience
Experience preparing executive presentations and presenting at an executive level
Experience with Sales Force and Power BI tools to manage channel behavior
· Strong commercial and negotiating acumen
· Sales strategy development experience
· Data-driven approach to decision making
· Strong trust builder / relationship developer
· Creative problem-solving capabilities, ability to think beyond how things have been done to how they can be done or optimized for efficiency or benefit

· Strong comprehension of basic and intermediary financial statements and calculations
· Familiarity with Epiroc products and / or competitor products is an asset
· Strong written and verbal communications; bilingual in Spanish in English
· Must be available to travel.
