* Develop and manage ocean product strategies to drive segment growth and competitiveness.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers: Shipping lines, NVOCC'S and other ocean providers as ports.
* Negotiate rates and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
* Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve procurement processes.
* Oversee the performance of service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
