Senior Accounting Analyst l Analista Contable Senior

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst for a multinational company undergoing transformation.

The Accounting Analyst provides both operational support and financial insight within the accounting function. In addition to journal entries and reconciliations, the role supports financial reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc projects. It acts as a bridge between transactional accounting and financial interpretation, contributing to improved data quality and decision support. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Accounting Operations 

• Prepare and post journal entries for recurring and non-standard transactions. 

• Perform reconciliations of complex accounts and ensure anomalies are resolved. 

• Support accurate general ledger maintenance and monthly closings. 

Financial Analysis & Reporting 

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet reviews. 

• Conduct variance analyses and prepare commentary to support the controlling team. 

• Support KPI reporting and data analysis for finance leadership. 

Cross-Functional Support 

• Collaborate with controlling, tax, and treasury teams to ensure consistency and alignment of financial data. 

• Participate in projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, or reporting enhancements.
