We are looking for an Accounting Manager for a multinational company undergoing transformation.
This role is key within the organization, acting as a strategic business partner. The primary responsibility will be to lead the accounting department, ensuring the accurate recording of transactions, compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, and supporting the financial closing processes, while guaranteeing the quality and timeliness of financial information in Chile.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
Perfil deseado
Education Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Work Experience Requirements:
5+ years of accounting experience.
2+ years of management experience.
Languages:
English is a must
