Funciones:
Ser el responsable de las Órdenes de Trabajo de Postventa, realizando seguimiento y control de estas.
Control y gestionar OT de post venta.
Elaboración de KPI.
Generar planes de acción de OT mayores de 60 días sin facturar.
Control, seguimiento de OT mayores de 60 días.
Responsable del proceso de OT de garantía en GWM y su gestion.
