At Michael Page, we are looking for a Medical Affairs Specialist for a leading company in the healthcare industry.

The role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in Medical Affairs and the ability to lead through influence. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of medical conditions, guidelines, and clinical studies, combined with the capacity for self-management and maturity in handling responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in medical discussions, including conditions, clinical studies, and guidelines.
Proactive and self-motivated with strong initiative.
Experience working with marketing and sales teams, utilizing scientific validation tools for marketing purposes.
Ability to manage both internal and external relationships effectively, influencing cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Business Development Intelligence (BDI) and various platforms.
Prior experience collaborating with vascular surgeons, radiologists, abdominal surgeons, clinical specialists, and cardiologists in both public and private sectors.

Core Competencies:
Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency to execute portfolio plans efficiently.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs or related fields.
The main responsibility is to reinforce product messaging through technical insights and ensure alignment with clinical data.
A comprehensive onboarding process (6+ months), focusing on adherence to local regulatory policies and building credibility within the medical community.
Advanced English proficiency for reading academic papers and undergoing training. Fluency in presenting is not required.
This position requires candidates with the ability to foster collaboration, deliver expert medical insights, and contribute meaningfully to cross-functional teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.
