Do you love the art of the hustle and have experience in sales? Want to be at the center of a growing industry?
We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of previous experience in a client-facing role, working with internal stakeholders and prospects to grow and expand our Investment Management business, particularly in the ESG domain. Previous enterprise lead generation or account management experience is an absolute must. The ideal candidate has experience selling to financial institutions and has a good understanding of how enterprise sales works. We are looking for someone who is curious about really understanding companies, different functions within them, and what work different roles at companies entail, and is able to then use these insights to figure out which of Evalueserve’s many offerings might best fit the particular prospect’s needs. Successful performers in this role have the opportunity at a career path leading to a role as a client executive, who is responsible for independently building and growing their own client or account portfolio.

• Generating leads (via cold calling, social media, etc.) or managing accounts
• Setting up initial meetings for client executives
• Supporting campaign design & execution
• Attending client meetings with client executives
• Creating agendas and preparing marketing collateral
• Writing meeting notes and carrying out any follow-up actions
• Liaising with operations managers to ensure their participation at client meetings or calls, especially when discussions are at an advanced stage
• Liaising with operations subject matter experts to prepare proposals
• Owning tactical engagements & accounts defined by the client executive
• Mining accounts (to find tactical opportunities) and making recommendations on initiatives related to innovation & continuous improvement
• Staying actively involved in projects to make certain each project is progressing properly

Requisitos Minimos:
What you bring to the role:
• At least 3+ years of previous work experience in lead generation, business development, or account management selling to and developing relationships with financial institutions
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
• Proactive, self-starter, self-motivated, and ready to take up challenges, with a vision to be a client executive within a couple of years
• Experience communicating with C-level clients and stakeholders
• Excellent scheduling, time management, and organization skills
• Someone who is passionate about working in a sales team
We'd love to see:
• Experience with any aspect of ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance) investing is preferred
• Interest in finance (asset and investment management, ESG, financial management, etc.) is preferred
