City Manager, Santiago

Our hugely popular transportation service has launched in Santiago. We are seeking a City Manager to oversee all our local operations. This is a crucial role for the Latin American growth of the worlds first scalable, personal, electric transportation service.

As a City Manager you will:
- Build the overall strategy and commercial plan for Santiago
- Work alongside our global HQ (San Francisco)
- Be accountable for revenue, costs, vehicle utilization, and customer satisfaction
- Lead complex day to day operations: customer service, maintenance and parking
- Develop strategic relationships with local and national partners
- Recruit and develop a diverse team of high-performing contributors
- Build core relationship with city government, transportation agencies and public stakeholders
- Become the public face of Scoot in your city (PR/media)
- Internalize and help propagate Scoot’s vibrant, supportive and innovative culture
