Position at a Glance
This position is within the existing Data Analytics team in Evalueserve, Chile, supporting a leading US financial services firm.
Responsibilities may include:
• Identifying business challenges and translating them into requirements/solutions
• Working within business and technical teams to deliver appropriate data visualization solutions
• Developing, maintaining, and managing break fix and enhancements of BI reports, mainly in Tableau
• Performing report analysis and being responsible for assisting end-users remotely
• Contributing to operational excellence by sharing knowledge and adhering to the quality standards and best practices of Evalueserve
• Participating in Evalueserve initiatives related to Mind + Machine projects, innovation, training, and development

Requisitos

Requisitos Minimos:
Required Qualifications
• Data visualization skills using mainly Tableau
• 2-3 years of experience in reporting and analytics roles
• Advanced level of English and excellent communication skills
• Exposure to databases like SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, and others
• Ability to transform data and analyses into easily digestible and visually accessible dashboards and reports
• Technical ability to speak fluently with business and technology partners in relation to data modeling and architecture
• Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
• Experience interpreting, understanding, improving, and correcting existing code (pre-developed or written by others)
• Experience in data validation, data modeling, data architecture, and documentation
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data integrity and connectivity issues
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, and/or Alteryx
• Financial services industry experience
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
