Reporting to the LATAM Finance Manager, his / her main responsibilities will be:;
* Responsible for Accounting, Treasury, Collections and Human Resources.
Coordinate with external service provider and ensure proper financial closing to Head office, ensure accounts payable as per time-lines, AC and handling Internal & External Audit requirement.
Support Business in preparation and finalization of Annual Budgets and Latest estimates exercises.
Being a Sales Partner, Supporting sales negotiations from a Finance perspective in order to maximize profitability. Deal with suppliers and vendors.
Supervise the financial and tax balance.
Financial Control and management of performance indicators for decision making. Costs, price levels and profitability among others.
Prepare the annual budgeting process for the business and being in charge of projections, forecasts and analysis of results versus targets.
We are looking for at least seven years experience candidate, bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and Administration with three or more years of proven and successful experience in a Distribution or Wholesale company, in finance and accounting work environment, leading a small team, with financial statement preparation, being a Sales partner with a strong finance planning and controlling knowledge is required. Self-sufficient, with decision-taking capacity, proactive and business vision. Advanced English, both written and oral are mandatory.
